Kigar Realty & Auction would like to introduce ourselves to you. We have successfully been in business since 1981 with several years combined experience in Auctioning, Sales, Real Estate Sales and Appraisal Services.
We belong to the National Realtors Association; Toledo Board of Realtors and we also participate in the MLS for all of your real estate needs. We are licensed Auctioneers in the state of Ohio and several other states in the U.S. We are also on the Approved List of Auctioneers & Appraisers for the United States Bankruptcy Court and many probate courts.
We have a 28-acre facility, located at 500 S. Madison Street, 3 1/2 miles south of the Ohio Turnpike exit 39(3b) on St. Route 109 in Delta, Ohio. Here we are able to provide a facility that will accommodate buyers and sellers of contractors machinery and equipment tools along with a complete auction service including, estates, household, bankruptcies, business liquidations, and personal property.
Our goal is to provide the utmost and complete auction service available by offering competitive rates with no buyer's premium. We believe that our experience will enable us to assist you with your buying and selling needs.
